01 / Mission

Bridging the gap
between demand
and expertise.

At ESFIA we redefine the industrial sector by pioneering contracting solutions that empower companies and engineers in equal measure — fairly, transparently, and with the technical rigour the work demands.

02 / Service model
What is
EaaS?

EaaS is a service-delivery model in which ESFIA provides engineering services remotely to clients under contract. By outsourcing your engineering needs to an external provider you bypass the need for a permanent in-house team.

We guarantee the availability of an engineer for an agreed number of service hours, with the skills required for your task. You communicate with the engineer directly — on-site, hybrid, or remote — whichever fits.

03 / Benefits

Three reasons companies
switch to EaaS.

Why technical leaders choose contracted engineering over permanent hires for project-bound work.
01 / Budget

Draw from
OPEX, not HR.

Contractor fees sit in operational or project budgets, not the HR headcount line. Scaling up the right expertise no longer requires justifying a full-time hire.

02 / Cost

Reduce
headcount cost.

Engaging specialists through contracted bodyshopping is more cost-efficient than permanent hires for short-to-medium engagements — without the burden of benefits, training, and ramp-up.

03 / Capacity

Flex up.
Flex down.

Tap an external pool on demand. Scale your workforce to project reality, avoid overstaffing in the troughs, and never under-staff the peaks.

Filling the engineer gap.

/// What we hold ourselves to

Three values we'd defend anytime.

01 / Férovosť

Fairness.

Our mission is to create a win-win environment — companies receive the expertise they need; engineers are fairly rewarded for their skill and dedication. We build bridges that elevate everyone involved.

02 / Odbornosť

Expertise.

In engineering, technical depth is what matters. Our background and industry knowledge let us match the right engineering talent to the specific shape of your project — not the closest available CV.

03 / Transparentnosť

Transparency.

Clear, open communication. No hidden agendas, no surprise invoices, no buried clauses — straightforward partnerships where everyone knows where they stand. The foundation of lasting relationships.

Engineering the fair-trade way.
